This notice covers the Proven Meetings website. It says what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your note contains. We collect nothing else.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That may mean a reply with a question, or the buyer map you asked for. If you reply "stop" at any point, we stop contacting you.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months, then delete them.
Who sees it
Only the people at Proven Meetings who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics and no tracking scripts. The only outside resource it loads is a set of web fonts.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to amy.harris@provenmeetings.co, or send a note through our contact form. We will confirm once it is done.

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
